Returns
We ask that items are returned new and unused in the original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or 90 days for Alchemy Priority Club members.
If you wish to return an item please login here to submit a returns request.
In case of a faulty/damaged product please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or phone.
Returned goods must be accompanied with your order details. We usually process refunds within 2-7 working days of receipt the items.
Refunds will be returned via the original payment method. Funds can take up to 5 workings days to clear depending on the payment method used.
Unless the item is faulty, return costs are to be paid by the customer.
