OK, so my last blog was about the new machinery on display at this show, but this is about the eclectic mix of customised bikes that, unlike at the Cologne show, wasn’t on display with other customised bikes, but on manufacturer’s stands. OK, so at some point in a custom build, you’ll more than likely change your headlight. It may be for reasons of vanity – a large, imposing headlight with, say, a mesh or prison style grill really makes your bike in the same way as a set of wheels does on a car.
